AKC Rottweiler Sales Agreement

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of sellers knowledge. And has been vet checked, Shots have been given as stated on the health certificate from the vet, and de-wormed according to schedule.

I understand that I must have my Puppy professionally examined by a veterinarian of my choice within 72 hours (3 working days) of the date I purchase my new Puppy from the breeder. If this veterinarian determines during this required examination that the puppy is not in good health, the breeder will, upon the pups return to the breeder, refund the full purchase price of the puppy $_______. In order to qualify for a full refund the pup must be returned within 4 days from the date of sale. A letter from the veterinarian must be presented to receive a refund. I further understand that breeder will not be financially responsible for any medical condition which arises after the initial 4 days from the purchase nor will breeder be responsible for any costs associated with diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition after the aforementioned four day period.

--We do not guarantee that this puppy will be able to be shown or used in a breeding program.

--The seller assumes no responsibility on this puppy after leaving the premises, medical expense, mortality, and land lord disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family or any other reason.
